THERMAL ARC SPRAY SYSTEMS
These self-contained systems apply stainless steel or Monel coating to pipe work or submersible oil field pumps.
Features automatic dust collection and swing-up windows and lights for safe monitoring and easier maintenance access.
Options include adjustable work cart positioning, multiple Monel arc spray guns, variable speed work conveyors and heavy duty blast options.
Our arc spray systems are often utilized in long pipe work, such as on submersible oilfield pumps.
HIGH-PRESSURE WASHERS

EVAPORATORS
Aids in simple, environmentally safe - and cost effective - waste water reduction.
Reduce your waste streams by 95 percent through our evaporation process. Simply feed your water-based solution into the reservoir and press a button to begin the work. When the majority of water is evaporated, the solution temperature will increase, reaching the thermostat set point and turning off the burner.
These machines feature sloped floors for easy cleaning and insulated tanks.
